Joining the PAK'nSAVE KILBIRNIE Christmas Club is the clever way to prepare for next Christmas now. The PAK'nSAVE KILBIRNIE Christmas Club lets you choose your favourite fresh and delicious festive food and drink while spreading the cost. Not only that, your Christmas Club funds are valid for all in store savings at Christmas time.

PAK'nSAVE KILBIRNIE is making it easier for you to save money for Christmas with our new Christmas Club. Now you can choose exactly what you want - from a store full of gifts and groceries.

You can now set up an automatic payment directly into your Christmas Club account each week or fortnight - plus you can add money into your account at the checkout using your new Christmas Club Card!

Take advantage of our special bonuses, eg. if you add $4.65 into your account in January we will credit $5.00 to your account. See below for bonus examples and dates.

Your Christmas Club funds can only be redeemed for goods in store during December, January and February.

Q. What is the Christmas Club?
A. The PAK'nSAVE KILBIRNIE Christmas Club lets you set aside funds throughout the year that can be spent at any PAK'nSAVE supermarket in December,January and February. To make your money go even further whatever you pre-purchase will earn you bonuses in the form of extra funds.

You decide what you want to buy with your funds at the end of the year. They can be spent on any item in store. You will also be invited to a members' Christmas Club event with super specials available on a range of festive fare.

Q. How do I join the Christmas Club?
A. Apply to join Christmas Club at PAK'nSAVE KILBIRNIE; simply ask for a registration form on your next visit. You will be issued with a temporary card on the spot so that you can start your Christmas Club immediately. Once you register your details at the store you will be sent a personalised plastic card.

Q. How do I pre-purchase funds?
A. You can purchase funds at the checkout any time you are in the store. As well you can set up an automatic payment to the Christmas Club to purchase funds regularly throughout the year.

Q. Are my funds guaranteed?
A. PAK'n SAVE KILBIRNIE Christmas Club funds are held in a secure account and guaranteed by Foodstuffs Wellington. However if your Christmas Club card is lost or stolen your individual funds cannot be reimbursed unless you notify us immediately.

Q. How do I know what my balance is?
A. Once you receive your personalised plastic Christmas Club Card you can check your balance by going online at www.paknsave.co.nz, or phoning 0800 PK XMAS (0800 75 9627). Funds purchased during the year are added to your balance overnight. Purchases made with your Christmas Club in December/January will be immediately deducted from your balance.

Q. How do I redeem my funds?
A. Your Christmas Club Funds can be redeemed for goods in store during December and January by presenting your personalised Christmas Club Card when you make your purchase. If you have insufficient funds on your card to complete a purchase a docket showing your current balance will print out at the checkout. You can then use those remaining funds and make up the difference with another payment type to pay for your purchases.

Any amounts stored on your card which you do not spend during December,January and February will be carried over to the next year.

Christmas Club cards are not a credit or charge card and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q. How do I receive bonuses?
A. Everytime you purchase funds a bonus value is calculated, this will then be added to you account for redemption in December and January. See below for bonus examples and dates

Q. What about lost or stolen cards?
A. If you lose your card or change your contact details you must let us know immediately by ringing 0800 PK XMAS (0800 75 9627) or logging on to www.paknsave.co.nz. You are entirely responsible for the security of your card, and we will not reimburse you for any unauthorized use of your card. Foodstuffs Wellington will not be liable to you in any circumstances for any loss or damage you incur in connection with your Christmas Club.

Q. What about cancellation of membership?
A. If you change your mind you have 7 days from the date of joining to cancel membership of your Christmas Club and obtain a refund of any amounts you have deposited. You will need to visit PAK'nSAVE KILBIRNIE Service Desk to arrange cancellation. A refund of any amounts you have in your account will then be made to you. Cancellation of membership for hardship cases will be considered on application to the store manager. Bonus value will not be refunded where the member cancels their membership.
